These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RxLaw.io (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@rxlaw.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Educational use only
RxLaw.io provides study materials and practice questions for the Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination. The content is for educational purposes only, is not legal advice, and is not a substitute for professional judgment or official board guidance. We do not guarantee any particular exam outcome.
RxLaw.io is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) or any state board of pharmacy. “MPJE” is a registered trademark of NABP.
Purchases, refunds, and access
Paid content is sold as one-time access to a state-specific bundle, processed by Stripe. Prices and product details are shown at checkout. Unless required by law, refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with the refund policy posted on the site. Access may be revoked if a refund or chargeback is issued.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or publicly post our questions, explanations, or other content.
- Share account access with others or use the Service on behalf of multiple users under a single account.
- Reverse-engineer, probe, or interfere with the Service or its security.
- Use the Service to violate any law or any third party's rights.
- Use automated tools to scrape or generate excessive requests.
Intellectual property
The Service, including the question bank, explanations, study materials, branding, and code, is owned by RxLaw.io or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for personal exam preparation, subject to these Terms.
User-submitted content
If you submit feedback, error reports, or other input, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to improve the Service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g., Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or actions.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate or current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RxLaw.io and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RxLaw.io and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
